We're here to give you a good time but there are a few things you need to know.

CASH ONLY EVENT

The Treehouse Friday Rave is a cash only event. If you don't bring enough cash it is an hour round trip to the nearest ATM in Granada.

48HR
CANCELLATION POLICY

Tickets have a 48 hour cancellation policy - meaning that we won’t be able to issue any refunds past this time.

BEHAVE RESPONSIBLY

Behave responsibly on the shuttles and at the venue - we have the right to refuse entry or to ask you to leave.

LIMITED SHUTTLE SPACE

There is limited space on the shuttles, so once you have purchased a shuttle time, you must stick to that. If you’d like to come at a different time than your allocated shuttle time, you can still come to the party earlier with your own transport/taxi

TICKETS ARE
NON-TRANSFERRABLE

Tickets are non-transferrable - if you bought a ticket for a specific date, that ticket is valid only for that date and can’t be used to attend any other event.

BEWARE OF SCAMS

Beware of scams! The only official platform you can buy a Jungle Rave Ticket from is Eventix.

Please Remember

The space is limited at the venue - please be mindful and don’t bring any big backpacks. We won’t take any responsibility for your properties (nor we have space to store it during the party)
